4. Orders and Payment
4.1. Orders must be placed in writing or via our approved digital platforms.
4.2. Prices are provided in the applicable quotation or pricing list and are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Delivery and Performance

6. Client Obligations

6.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to the use of our services or products.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1. The Company warrants that its services and products will substantially comply with the agreed specifications.
7.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service or product causing the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All intellectual property rights related to the services, products, and content provided by the Company remain the exclusive property of the Company.
8.2. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
9. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential all information marked as confidential or reasonably understood to be so, except as required by law.
10. Termination
10.1. Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of notice, as per the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.
10.2. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of [jurisdiction].
12. Amendments The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes in advance.
